What has happened in the past week?
A hell of a lot is the short answer!
It's been a spectacular week off the pitch for the Premier League, and pretty good on the pitch!
The news about the Harry Kane transfer saga and the return of Cristiano Ronaldo has dominated the news stories off the pitch.
While on the pitch was almost as exciting. The standout result and performance last weekend was Chelsea's win over Arsenal and the performance of a certain returning striker!
But what has that all done to the latest betting to win the Premier League?
Premier League Winner Latest Betting
Man City 6/5
Chelsea 11/4
Liverpool 4/1
Man Utd 6/1
After last weekend's results, Chelsea is the only positive movers in the Premier League outright winner market.
Tuchel's Blues have been cut from 16/5 to 11/4 in the wake of their impressive 2-0 win over Arsenal.
As well as the impressive win, another thing that may have helped move the odds was the performance of Romelu Lukaku. The Belgian striker more than looked the part and is set to play a massive role in the title race this season.
City drift in betting, despite 5-0 win!
Man City has seen their odds slightly trimmed out from 11/10 to 6/5. Despite thrashing Norwich 5-0.
As alluded to above, this can be down to Chelsea's performance. Another factor could be the confirmation that Harry Kane won't be joining City.
Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool side also seen their odds drift, despite a comfortable win.
Liverpool's 2-0 win over Burnely was comfortable, if not spectacular. Before the Matchweek 2 fixture, they were 7/2. They are now out to 4/1.
Another side who has seen their odds drift since last weekend is Manchester United. The Red Devils are now 6/1, having been at 5/1 before the 1-1 draw away to Southampton.
But has there been a massive game-changer with the news that United are to sign Ronaldo?

The Portuguese striker made it clear he wanted to leave Juventus during the week. And with news breaking that his agent was holding informal talks with Man City, fans of the Red Devils were up in arms.
Whatever happened, that all quickly changed, and news emerged on Friday that Ronaldo has instead agreed on a deal to return to Manchester United.
Along with Rafael Varane shoring up the back-line, could the addition of Ronaldo - not forgetting Jadon Sancho - turn United into genuine title contenders?
The next few weeks will very be interesting as we find out!

Onto Matchweek 3
The big match up this weekend is Liverpool vs Chelsea, at 5.30 pm on Saturday.
The bookmakers have this match as a close call in the betting. Hosts Liverpool is 13/8 favourites, the draw is 23/10, and Chelsea is 15/8.
I wouldn't be against the draw, but it's not a bet I like placing.
Another big weekend for Miguel Arteta
Before that, at 12.30 pm on Saturday is Man City vs Arsenal. This match looks set to be another tricky day in the office for Mikel Arteta.
I'm sure the Gunners' boss will be looking to come through this match with damage limitation.
At odds of just 3/10, I'm not going near Manchester City. As daft as this might sound, the Gunners have the players to hurt City, so there is little value there.
Instead, I'm looking at Leicester City to win away at Norwich for the first of this weekend's Premier League betting tips.
The Canaries have had a torrid start to their Premier League season, and at odds of 10/11, I think the Foxes look good value to win and continue the run of misery for Daniel Farke's team.
Another bet I like the sound of this weekend is Manchester United away to Wolves.
The Red Devils are 4/5, not bad odds at all. I'm adding over 1.5 goals to the bet though. This addition takes the odds up to 2.04, which is just better than Even money.
If United win 1-0, that bet loses. But I'm confident it could be 2-1 or 2-0 to Solskjaer's team, so I'm happy to take on a touch of extra risk for the better odds.
